- International Research School
Calling all students interested in Research!! The International Research Project is an amazing opportunity to engage in STEM research and learn from scientists working towards scientific innovation and discovery. Senior high school students from around the world gather together for 10 days to participate in research projects, under the guidance and supervision of young scientists from Russia and abroad.
Students engage and learn about all the stages involved in scientific research: a hypothesis, setting the goals and objectives of the experiment, data collection and processing, and presentation of the results to colleagues and experts.

2. All-Russian competition of Scientific and Technical Creativity of Youth
The Competition of Scientific and Technical Creativity of the Youth was founded in 1967. Its purpose is to identify and support talents, promotion of engineering education, attraction of youth into scientific and technical creativity and research activities. Students and young specialists under 25 years old who present their own and collective researches, developments and projects participate in the competition!
In 2016, over 900 projects from 61 Russian regions were submitted for presentation at the All-Russian stage of the Competition of Scientific and Technical Creativity of the Youth,! This year, finalists will present their projects in eight sectors: Energy, Transportation Systems and Remotely Piloted Vehicles, Information Technologies and Telecommunications, Medicine and Biotechnologies, Environmental Management, New Materials and Chemical Technologies, New Production Technologies, Space Technologies.
Annually, the STCY is held for two categories of participants:
- Category I – students of secondary and vocational education institutions and further education institutions.
- Category II – educational institutions of higher education, students and young professionals engaged in scientific and engineering activities.
